Designing an authentic 1960s American restaurant in a 700 square meters, space requires a careful balance between nostalgic elements and practical considerations. The key is to transport customers back in time while ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Iconic restaurant features like chrome accents, vinyl booths, and a long counter with swivel stools are a must. Vibrant colors like cherry red, baby blue, and chrome should dominate the palette. Neon signs, vintage Coca-Cola memorabilia, and a jukebox can add whimsical touches.

Lighting is crucial – a combination of ceiling fixtures, wall sconces and neon accents can create the perfect ambience for dining. Careful zoning of the space is also important, with designated dining areas, a central kitchen and perhaps a small stage for live music.

With the right design approach, over 700 square meters, space can be transformed into a truly immersive 1960s American dining experience that will captivate guests and stand out in the local market.
